OK, I Didn’t See That Coming

I did not do a prediction for yesterday’s caucuses for two reasons.  First, I was extremely busy.  Second, despite my post on Monday saying that Senator Santorum may be the strongest challenger left for Governor Romney, I didn’t really think he had much of a chance.  Well now he does.  What happens next?

Romney and his SuperPac (the title of a failed Cartoon Network show) unleash a barrage of negative advertising on Santorum that makes the attacks on Gingrich look tame by comparison.

Romney still wins a lot of states but Gingrich wins a couple in the south and Santorum wins a few more in the Midwest.

We all become familiar with delegate math again like we did for the Democrats.

President Obama enjoys the spectacle while hoping that there is  not a brokered convention that leads to a Jeb Bush or Chris Christie nomination.
