The Philadelphia inquirer’s editorial page pulls no punches.

President Trump has shown a keen obsession with TV ratings and crowd size. But during his visit to Philadelphia today, it is fervently hoped that he will pay attention to the expected thousands of protesters who fear he is undermining the democratic process and threatening his own presidency.

From spreading bald lies to suppressing basic facts and information, the early days of the Trump administration are suggestive of a tin-pot dictatorship. That’s not the look he wants, and neither do most Americans.

      bannon and miller are the real brains of the outfit…they take their cues from Putin, and trump does his thing…these guys should not be writing EO’s…the junta is calling the shots, trump is just the “shiny” object, to hopefully keep the media busy, while the power behind the Golden Shower Throne, does his job for him…I just scared the crap outta me typing that…

    A president who wants to use torture, condemns the free press for reporting on him, (calling them the most corrupt people ever) and makes up his own facts to suit his personal pride…

      Which one of the generations are you referring to? I don’t believe millennials voted for him. I am part of Gen X and I am not sure, but I think it was mostly the “Greatest” generation that voted for him.

          Baby Booomers made the sexual revolution, resisted Vietnam war, created feminism, made the best rock the US has produced, invented grass roots organizations. Trump’s white nationalists are not baby boomers.Democratic, leftist Baby Boomers did not turn fascists, or voted Trump.

    Despot Don and his band of authoritarian kleptocrats will become increasingly dangerous to what is left of our democracy.They take an oath to abide by and protect the constitution of the United States.Violation of that oath should be immediate impeachment,but most of congress and senate are only concerned with their interests, not their Nations.All the warnings we have sounded are now becoming apparent.Trump is dangerous and is about to create even more crises.
