“…the stature and sense of accomplishment that comes from being a salaried manager,..” Try feeding your family with “stature and sense of accomplishment.” It’s not surprising that trump’s cabinet nominee is for whatever helps businesses and against whatever helps employees.

All the unionized worked who voted for Trump, sufficient numbers in the rust belt to put Trump in the White House, are going to get exactly what they voted for. Just as they did with Ronald Reagan. All those unionized miners in West Virginia who believed that pumpkin head would bring the mines back to their 1940’s employment levels will still be out of work by 2020.

Back in college I had a job at a construction supplier that was owned by a far right dude who sent hourly employees home on Thursday and or Friday if you had 40 hrs worked on your time card It was his answer for not paying overtime. Some employees tried to file with the dept of labor but we’re unsuccessful.
