The New York Health doesn’t want the association.
The New York State Health Department is boycotting the conservative news site Breitbart, formerly headed by President-elect Donald Trump’s chief White House strategist Stephen Bannon, The Post has learned.
As a result, ads promoting better health habits no longer appear on the popular site.
The health agency yanked its ads after a Twitter group called Sleeping Giants began pressuring companies to steer clear of Breitbart, claiming the online news site incites hatred and racism.

Why would anyone want to buy ads on breitbart? Who is unaware of what this website is and the ideology it promotes?

I don’t think you “buy” ads there. You pay google to place your ads in random places. I believe you can request that they not appear in certain areas.

I did not know that, I never had to buy an ad for anything. Thanks for the information.
