The plain-spoken acting legend received the Cecil B. DeMille Lifetime Achievement Award at this year’s Golden Globes, awarded by the Hollywood Foreign Press Association. The entire planet got to see that her acceptance speech did not go over well with Mel Gibson or Vince Vaughan.

    I was surprised that his response was not in a tweet:
    ‘Mr. Trump, in a brief telephone interview, said he had not seen Ms. Streep’s remarks or other parts of the Globes ceremony, which were broadcast on NBC, but added that he was “not surprised” that he had come under attack from “liberal movie people.” ‘

      The same “liberal movie people” that he chased his entire life and now refuse to honor him? By the way, he was one of those “liberals” until a couple of years ago when he switched parties. Good on Meryl for calling this POS out. His mocking of Serge was thoroughly disgusting.
