Richard Nixon’s lawyer: Trump lies to cover up knowledge gaps
John Dean has a theory about Trump’s lies.
Click here for reuse options!“The greatest problem for Obama’s foreign policy (e.g., Russia and Israel) is Trump playing out of his league and where he has no business,” Dean wrote. A couple hours later, he expanded on the tweet, adding that “It is deeply troubling when you realize that the president-elect generally does not know what he is talking about and when he does he lies.” While Dean didn’t give specifics, he may be referring to Trump’s contradictory comments about the Russian hacks of the Democratic National Committee and John Podesta.

Trump lies to cover up knowledge gaps, well he has a lot of gaps to cover but I think he is up to the challenge

This is why trump will not hold an unscripted press conference.
He’s a self aggrandizing no-nothing doofuss and endangers the entire world.
So our incompetent media will continue to dwell on every stupid tweet and then gladly host his spokespeople to do damage control after the surrogates have prepared their lies and obfuscation.
We have lost the fourth estate to a powerful ignoramus with access to twitter.

Convicted Watergate felon and snitch John Dean says what?

And by “snitch” you mean “one of the very few in the Nixon administration with a shred of conscience?”
Have you read any of his books? Dean is a brilliant analyst of modern conservatism. His book “Conservatives Without Conscience” is still the best book on understanding how the party of Eisenhower turned into the party of Trump.

You got me there…
He had a shred of conscience,, just enough to keep himself out of serving years in prison..
But lets not kid our selves, he was up to his neck in the wrong doings of ‘Watergate’ as well as the subsequent attempted ‘cover-up’..
Dean was just as guilty as the rest of them.
And Dean got off easy because dropped a dime on his co-conspirators.

Nixon was a creep just like Donald Trump. He deserved to be snitched off.
