A federal appeals court has revived a couple of cases trying to sue Hillary Clinton to reveal more emails.

A three-judge panel of the District of Columbia Circuit Court of Appeals ruled unanimously Tuesday that a lower court judge erred when he threw out the cases as moot after the State Department received tens of thousands of emails from Clinton and more from the FBI following the criminal investigation it conducted.

Watchdog groups Judicial Watch and Cause of Action filed separate suits in 2015, asking that Secretary of State John Kerry and the head of the National Archives, Archivist David Ferriero, be required to refer the Clinton email issue to the Justice Department to consider filing a civil suit to get missing federal records back.

    The rabid right would be calling for her impeachment right now if it weren’t for the EC. How many of them realize the great orange tart is also being tried in court for his fake “university”?

    this is absolutely ridiculous. the GOP/pEnce/cOmey/ all know that tRump was involved, including Ms. Rudy and others, about the hacking and that Russia was helping tRump, but will not, according to mItch, look into the matter, let alone investigate it, but, they still want to go after this woman for emails. the problem with that is, there’s not a damn thing they can accuse her of at this point, that will make me believe that any, so-called evidence, can be taken as authentic. i don’t trust any of them.

      Right, we are done playing nice. In all honesty, I have been done since “w”, but it finally seems we have a majority of dems who are finally tired of being the reasonable ones.
