Ezra Klein at the Washington Post has an outstanding graphic up that shows the relative tax cuts under the Democratic plan (to allow some of the Bush tax cuts expire) and Republican plans (to keep all of the Bush tax cuts in effect). No explanation appears to be necessary.

University. He teaches economics and cost-benefit analysis and studies
regulation in the United States at both the federal and state levels.
Prior to coming to Rutgers, Stuart worked for five years at the Office
