CT law to permit gun confiscation from domestic abusers

Governor Dennel Malloy will sign the bill.

Under the bill, those accused of domestic abuse — mostly men — will be forced to surrender their firearms within 24 hours if their partners seek restraining orders against them.

    A lot of states have something like this in place…kinda surprised CT didn’t.

      I didn’t realize that. I thought it was only like that here in NY and maybe in a few others states.
