All the while they forget, or more likely ignore, that the bible supports slavery, rape marriage, incest, child abuse, polygamy, and killing those that don’t agree with you.

Other gods perhaps? The bible does mention other gods, some of them by name. So YHWH isn’t the only god despite what some would like us to believe.

all part of why i never even began to “believe” in any god. i can vividly recall, at age six, my first encounter with “wait a second, back up.” the sunday school teacher said that some people pray to other gods. there are other gods? can one obtain a better deal at another establishment?
