You have the opportunity to interview rumsfeld and you are asking him about a video game? How about the unjust and failed war he had a part in starting?

Stephen Colbert did just that. He was polite, but clever and after talking with him about this online game he is selling with the proceeds supposedly going to military veterans and their families, he used one of Rumsfeld’s most “interesting” little ditties against him to do that. Remember the “there are knowns that we know, their are unknown knowns that we know” and so on?
Well, Colbert said there was one other category of “known unknowns.” He very nicely and smoothly used it against him to show how they snowed Americans into believing there was intelligence showing WMD when there was not. They just “believed” that there were and used that belief to start an unjust war. You could almost see the smoke coming out of Rumsfeld’s ears because he looked confused at times and po’d the rest of the time. It was total Colbert brilliance within the confines of what CBS would allow.

It is funny how the republicans at one time believed Colbert was on their side. From what I have seen, if someone is smart enough to use 4 syllable words coherently in a sentence, it is a good hint that they are not republican lol.

Remember when the fake news network started a show of their own to try to compete with the Daily Show? No one does. I don’t think it was on more than two times. Thud. They don’t do intelligence, sarcasm or any kind of humor successfully. :)

Sad, they aren’t smart enough to do sarcasm.

how about asking why the iraq war is now a mistake

I guess the video game is what interests some people, the war? Ahhhh who cares, stuff happens.

stuff happens but a war isnt supposed to last over 14 yrs. Even our past presidents knew when to pull the plug on viet nam.

these days its a blutarsky battle cry ” nothing is over until WE decide it is “
