Grayson: Cruz ‘constitutionally incapable’ of being president
Florida Rep. Alan Grayson was on my radio show Wednesday night expanding on a pledge he made on an earlier appearance where he said he’s sue if Ted Cruz is the nominee.

go get ’em Mr. Grayson. Like a rottweiler smelling blood, clamp on and don’t let go. Let’s get rid of The Cruz once and for all.

Screwing with the baggers….priceless.

I hate to be the spoiler here, but this is the second article I’ve read in two days that someone is arguing this, but in different ways. Couldn’t his Mother have had dual citizenship in both countries? I don’t know how that works. I hope Grayson is right on this. It could help the country dodge one bullet, but there are a few more besides this dangerous person.

The Constitution was written so that only a person born in the United States can be President. McCain was born on a US military base and therefore that is part of the United States. No President has been born outside the American boarders so because cruz was born in a different country, for him the legally become the President, the Constitution would have to be amended to include people who have been born outside our borders.

That makes perfect sense except for the case of dual citizenship. I’m not sure how that would work in this case. Did she have dual at the time he was born in Canada, or did she renounce it like Cruz just did after he decided to run. I really don’t know why he did that though, if it is no problem.
Questions, questions……

I do not know those answers and I am not worried, he will never win the Presidency. I will be concerned when a credible candidate needs this answer addressed.

Isn’t he polling better than, cough, gag, Trump?

Quick question: Did you delete your own comment on the Alan Rickman thread at ColmesFeed?
mistlesuede January 14th, 2016 at 22:32
Yep. I didn’t want to have two of the same comment out there and I hoped since we are back to normal here, that more people would see it on alan.com.

I wanted to make sure. Sometimes, Disqus does wierd stuff, like putting an already approved comment into moderation again, etc.
Makes no difference now, of course, as Colmesfeed is gone.
([sniff]…for one brief, shining moment, I was a mod on two sites…and you…people had to go and…no. NO! Move on….go to your happy place…these are good people…they meant well….)
(:P}

A couple polls in Iowa had him higher, but they change from poll to poll. He may win a few Primaries but I seriously doubt he would win the General Election.

Honestly, I don’t know what to think anymore. Everything that would seem to have made sense is all topsy-turvy this time.

I am not paying attention until the voting starts.

I’ve been checking in and out of it quickly because it mostly makes me nauseous.
Suzanne McFly January 15th, 2016 at 15:23
Definitely

Thanks for having Grayson on, I love him!
mistlesuede January 14th, 2016 at 15:15
He used to come on the Stephanie Miller show and they had an intro for him “Face The Grayson” a play off of Face The Nation. I hope he comes on again soon to talk about this.

People who questioned Obama were called racist birthers.
Is Grayson any different?
