Legislator Targeted By NRA Speaks Out
The NRA framed a pictured New York State Senator Roxanne Persaud in bullets to protest legislation that would limit the amount of ammunition one could buy. She reacted on my radio show Tuesday night.
Persaud told me about the “vile” emails she received as a result of the photo, which she said gives the impression the NRA is advocating violence. She also said that the president is in a “no-win situation” regarding executive action on guns and explained why she thinks legislating ammunition is a way to tackle America’s gun violence problem.

there are lots of gun owners in this country who think the NRA is a walking obscenity, and I am one of them. but if you want to govern by opinion polls, then STFU about Planned Parenthood which polled more favorably than the NRA.
Then, there is the Democratic party outpolling the GOP in this poll. Or how about Hilary Clinton having a higher rating than any GOP candidate as shown in the same poll.

He’s too dumb to check out what he is posting first. This poll shows that weakness when you compare the “mostly favorable” meaning they aren’t real happy to the “very favorable” which is lower every time.
These gun humpers sure make our arguments for us. :)

If you paid attention to your own poll, the “mostly favorable” is higher than the “very favorable” every time this poll was done. That means that you can’t count that total with the other to come up with a solid number. Apparently, a larger number have qualms about what the NRA is doing and it is most likely regarding the way they are stopping any and all safety measures that they want. Responsible gun owners do want the things that the President has proposed, some want even more done.
And also, for some perspective, Gallup is a right wing organization, so it doesn’t mean a whole lot. The only time it is useful is in a Presidential election when it actually shows that the Democratic candidate is leading. Then we know we are golden. It worked the two most recent elections.

In a new NBC News/Wall Street Journal poll, Planned Parenthood was rated positively by 45 percent of those surveyed, while 30 percent said they viewed the organization negatively.
The NRA got a positive rating from 43 percent of respondents and a negative rating from 32 percent.
