Connecticut To Bar Guns From Those On No-Fly List
Connecticut Governor Daniel Malloy will sign an executive order banning those on the no-fly list from buying guns in the Nutmeg State.
“Like all Americans, I have been horrified by the recent terrorist attacks in San Bernardino and Paris,” Mr. Malloy, a Democrat, told reporters. “This should be a wake-up call to all of us. This is a moment to seize in America, and today I’m here to say that we in Connecticut are seizing it.”
With his decision, Mr. Malloy has stepped into a fiery debate that has stretched from the Oval Office to the contest to become its next occupant: Should being a terrorism suspect prohibit a person from buying firearms? At the moment, it does not.

i’m sorry, but excuse me, while you’re at it, bar those who are felons, and nuts and ban assault weapons. ban the sale of bullet proof vest by “civilians.” ban the sale of armored trucks.

Does CT even have access to the no fly list to look and see if someone should be banned?

Connecticut, like all states, has their own local Homeland Security resources.

This week, the sheriff who allowed Bland to die in her cell after being arrested for being black and smoking was robbed. His 3 private guns and 3 work guns one a sub were stolen while he had lunch. Instead of calling the loca;l police to gather evidence he drove to his precinct, 30 minutes away then called in the theft.
