With Pope Francis coming to New York, Time Warner is devoting a channel to him.

Time Warner Cable is unveiling a 24-hour channel devoted to Pope Francis’ impending visit to the U.S., which will broadcast to 15 million households from Sept. 20 through Sept. 27.

It will be available for most subscribers on Channel 199, and also online and on the TWC News app, according to the New York Times

The papal network will feature analysis and commentary on the Pope’s visit, plus a twist on NY1’s call-in show and a nightly 10 p.m. news broadcast. When the Pope isn’t speaking, TWC will air papal coverage repeats.

Coming to you live from Vatican City, the one, the only, the direct line to jebus himself, god’s own point man on Earth…The Pope….(cheering crowds and martial music playing in the background) cue the release of 100 white doves as The Holy See hits the stage, wearing an especially silly looking hat and carrying a $30 million gold and diamond bejeweled staff used for anointing the poor, the sick, and the homeless…(pass the collection plate)
The Infallible One then falls in to speaking Latin (so no one knows WTF he’s saying) and blesses the crowd, offers a limited time only rate on forgiveness, and reminds women they are the root of all evil (again, pass the collection plate) He leads the crowd in a prayer for the sick, the crippled, and the hungry, and promises to end all suffering but reminds you that charity begins with you digging deep and helping to fill that basket with cash (the crowd is ready for round three of the collection plate, so send it around)
Tune in tomorrow for a special PPV mass, only $49.99 in advance or $79.99 day of service…don’t be left out of god’s kingdom because you can’t afford a couple dollars…order now and reserve your seat for a trip to heaven

With all the religious scammers on cable and satellite, one more won’t make much of a difference.

Ohboy! Where do I sign up? I can’t wait to hear why God hates gays and gay marriage, but loves Him some pedophiles!

He’ll be happy to explain all that and more. Have your credit card ready with expiration date and 3 digit code off the back…Hallelujah, praise Jebus and amen….

It’s gonna be VT, I just asked the pope…
He’ll be expecting a large contribution this Sunday, and don’t make him beg.

Do they know this is a new pope and nothing like the old pope? If they knew what this pope says, I am pretty sure they would not want the low IQ republican voters that keep their lobbyists whispering to their bought and paid for republican congress critters doing their bidding to be hearing any of this.
