    I’ve tried to talk like WXGA did with others quoting Leviticus and trying to put the verses in context to no avail. They just get angry when the book is used against their argument.

    I’ve often thought the reason why some get so vociferous about gays and abortion is that, first, they can never see themselves participating in that behavior and, thus, they never have their own sins pointed out. It’s always more satisfying to be sanctimonious, pointing out others as sinful rather than looking at oneself.
