Dr. Neil deGrasse Tyson was on my radio show Friday night talking about his new show, Star Talk, debuting Monday night on the National Geographic Channel.  We talked about his upcoming talks with President Jimmy Carter, Norman Lear and George Takei, and how to make science interesting for people who aren’t geeks.  And he told of how Carl Sagan tried to get him to go to Cornell and why he chose Harvad instead.
