Russian strongman Vladimir Putin had been out of sight for ten days, triggering rumors running the gamut from bad health to death. There is no word on whether or not he saw his shadow, which would mean six more weeks of the
new cold war:
Russian President Vladimir Putin has appeared in public for the first time since 5 March, quelling intense speculation about his health.
He was meeting Kyrgyzstan President Almazbek Atambayev in St Petersburg.
Commenting on the rumours about his health, Mr Putin said “things would be boring without gossip”, RIA Novosti news agency reported.
Earlier, Mr Putin ordered Russia’s navy on to a state of full combat readiness in the Arctic.
Russia says the navy drills involve 56 warships, planes and 38,000 personnel.

Plastic surgery perhaps? Can’t be showing off love handles when you’re riding around shirtless.

I think you’re probably right. He already had it at least once.

I was thinking breast implants for all those topless photos… horseback riding, interrogating dolphins, invading the Ukraine.

He’s still alive?
So disappointed and so are the rest of his enemies from within and outside of Russia.
His GOP Chapter fan club will be celebrating though.
