RadarOnline:

After briefly postponing his transition in the wake of a fatal car crash last month, RadarOnline.com has learned he has increased the frequency of visits to his therapist as he prepares for a sex change operation this summer…

The sex change operation is now scheduled to take place “towards the end of the summer,” the source told Radar. “The surgery was postponed because of the car accident.”

The thing I don’t understand about this, if it’s really true, and we all know it’s second hand information, is anyone going through this transition has to go through months of therapy prior to being prescribed hormone/steroid therapy (if they’re doing this the right way). And during that time of therapy, there is a graduation where, prior to the hormone/steroid treatments, they are to begin living life as the gender they are re-assigning themselves too. They have to dress as that gender, be called those gender specific names, like she instead of he, etc., and go by the new name they want to give themselves.
While the article says that Bruce is in therapy, I haven’t seen that he’s gone through any of the pre-surgery or pre-hormone therapy steps. His hair is long but he still dresses like a male out in public. I think even Chaz Bono went through all this prior to the steroid therapy.

Many women wear traditionally male clothing and Jenner’s breasts do appear to be getting bigger.

True. I just hope he’s a much happier person either way.

Yeah, me too. Hope that he gets everything he wants out of his transition. Life seldom meets all of our hopes or expectations.
