I understand what Caputi is saying, and this war may have been illegal but that does not diminish what Chris Kyle did, he saved lives. The last admin treated the military like they where a tool they needed to use to as a means to an end. However, this does not diminish what Chris Kyle did, his government told him to go to point “A” and carry out mission “B”, which is exactly what he did.

I detect some sour grapes. Mr. Caputi neglects to mention Chris Kyle was killed in 2013 by a homeless vet he was trying to help.

I found the movie to be more of a put down to other soldiers around chris. There is no way you can tell me another soldier DID NOT save chris at least once in 10 years. Even if you can prove it beyond a reason of a doubt, we can then call chris one of the luckiest that ever walked on Iraq dirt who had a chance to be a hero once or twice.

I, Donald L. White SR. and Gloria L. White, of Seattle
Washington are contacting you seeking some
assistance in a serious matter. We strongly believe a crime of fraud,
negligence and elderly exploitation has been committed against us. I am retired
General Contractor and businessman of over 40 years and my wife, my partner has
been my right hand helping me with our business and our family affairs; while
we have been married for 43years. When I, Mr. White fell terminally ill 12
years ago of an incurable Prostate Cancer and other medical issues that I am
still battling and suffering with today and
along with my wife which also has serious health issues which she struggles with daily have been victims of fraud.
This crime in mention is causing us both tremendous pain, suffering and financial hardship, which is causing my
good name that I have worked long and hard to establish in the community
in which I resided in; to be at questioned.
FACTS: October 26, 2005, an alleged fraud was being committed against me
and my wife. The alleged fraud took place at;
BMW of Seattle, Washington by: Mr. Stephen Wong and Paul Tan of E-Stone, LLC of Seattle, WA. A Counter Top Installation
Company. This individual conspired with several Employees of BMW and BMW Financial Services to purchase a 2005 BMW-X5 SUV,
pricing at $60,000. Credit’ Application were signed Fax to BMW OF Seattle Five days in advance and approved without
the knowledge and permission of myself or my wife. We were not aware of this purchase until almost 2 years later
when we were trying to re-finance our home so I could take care of my ongoing cancer medical expenses’.
Mr. Stephen Wong and BMW employees: Seth
Martinez and London Agawal, conspired together to purchase a 2005 BMW-X5 SUV from BMW of Seattle on
October 26, 2005. BMW Financial Services
approved a loan without properly verifying the information. Also, some employees at Farmers Insurance and Geico
Indemnity were in on the alleged fraud. These two Insurance Companies insured a registered vehicle
to a nonregistered owner. BMW Financial Services approved a prewritten credit application and accepted fraudulent
payroll checks which were made out in my name. Also, there were monthly
payments being automatically withdrawn from
a Bank of America checking account which was in my name, but was not my
checking account or my money.
Companies refuses releasing documents to the Plaintiffs.
While I should be focusing on my serious
health conditions, I am effortlessly representing myself and filing countless legal
documents into the Courts here in Washington and fighting to clear my name and
credit from being destroyed. I have met and spoken with several attorneys, Media personnel and different organization that
are designed to assist people in types of situations. I can honestly say; I have been black balled to say the
least. My life has been threaten repeatedly, my name has been smeared,
my credit has been compromised, and liens have been placed against me, my home and my business. The information stated in
this letter is; accurate and true to
the best of my knowledge. I have documents to support my allegations from these
companies: BMW of Seattle, BMW Financial Services, Bank of America,
Farmers Insurance, Geico Indemnity and my
