Huckabee On Giving Up TV To Run For President: ‘That’s Pretty Evident’
I asked Huckabee how he could be critical of Beyonce, call Jay Z a pimp, and embrace Ted Nugent, of “Wang Dang Poontang” infamy which, he said, is “suggestive but not explicit.” And I reminded him that beyond his music, this is the person who called Hillary Clinton the b-word and called President Obama a “piece of shit.”
He said he “didn’t call Jay Z a pimp” but had some buffer language in there. But if Jay Z is “like” a pimp for promoting Beyonce’s career, what does that make his pal Billy Ray Cyrus? Huckabee said Miley was over 18, so you can’t blame Billy Ray. I pointed out that Miley was acting suggestively long before she was 18. At first Huckabee said he never played with Billy Ray Cyrus, until I pointed out that there’s a YouTube of it.
I also asked Huckabee about the Mother Jones story that his PAC paid $400,o00 to his family, but not more than 12% to other candidates or PACs. He said HuckPAC provided travel and support for him to travel and raise awareness for candidates even if they didn’t get the majority of the money. He defended hiring his niece and daughter. He said, “There is nobody who is a better political operative than my daughter.”

So the guy Who hangs out with a draft dodging pedophile and a convicted mega-church scam artists wants to run for POTUS?
Oh I see the strategy here.
Make a guy who owns a sweatshop in China look good by comparison.
Well played GOP, well played.

It must be that GOP ‘rebranding’ thing?

I don’t think “evident” was the word he should have used. “Futile” would be MUCH more appropriate.

“There is nobody who is a better political operative than my daughter.”
Ummmm, yes apparently there are much better political operatives. Are you in office huck, nope, so that says a lot about your daughter, or maybe its just you.
