Liberal College To Pay Tuition For Son Of Slain Officer
Click here for reuse options!Justin Ramos is a freshman at the college and also is the son of 40-year-old Rafael Ramos.
Rafael Ramos is one of two New York City police officers who were killed inside their patrol car on Saturday.
In a Facebook post on Sunday, Bowdoin President Barry Mills said he had notified the Ramos family that the college would pick up the tab for the rest of Justin’s tuition.

Great story! But Bowdoin is not in the Ivy League. The Ancient Eight only includes Harvard, Yale, Princeton, Penn, Columbia, Dartmouth, Brown, and Cornell.

Just because our legal, justice system, institution is corrupt doesn’t mean that all the participants in it are. As a society we need to embrace the individuals that are working within the system, on a level that we desire, free of corrupting influence, and support their families.
