Man Suspected Of 10th Drunken Driving Offense Blames Beer-Battered Fish
It was John Przbvia’s tenth drunken driving offense, so when he was stopped by the Wisconsin police, naturally, he blamed beer-battered fish, according to an incident report released on Wednesday.
According to Reuters, the 73-year-old of Friendship, Wisconsin, was stopped for a broken tail light and erratic driving on Oct. 12th by a deputy who then smelled alcohol on his breath and saw that his eyes were blood shot, according to a report released by the Adams County Sheriff’s Department.
When the officer asked Przybyla how much he had had to drink, he said that he had not been drinking but instead had eaten beer-battered fish at a fish fry, the report said.
Przybyla failed a field sobriety test and a breath test showed he had been drinking, the report said.
Przybyla faces his 10th drunken driving offense, according to online court records.

Over the years all the big brewers have removed all the taste and character from their beer to cater to the lowest common denominator. The masses don’t know what real beer is supposed to taste like. If that’s what they want to drink, that’s fine. As long as there are small craft brewers making something I can actually taste, I have plenty to choose from. If I’m at a party or someone’s house and the only beer they have is Bud or Miller or Coors, I’ll drink soda or water.
