World Trade Center Window Washers Dangled 68 Stories Above The Ground For 90 Minutes

At about 12:45 p.m. Juan Lizama and Juan Lopez were left dangling on the South side of the World Trade Center after a cable on the scaffolding snapped on the 1,776-foot skyscraper.

It took 90 minutes to rescue the men who suffered no injuries, only mild hypothermia.
