When a president delays or exempts people from a law — so-called benevolent suspensions — who has standing to sue him? Generally, no one. … That’s why, when President Obama delayed various provisions of Obamacare — the employer mandate, the annual out-of-pocket caps, the prohibition on the sale of “substandard” policies — his actions cannot be challenged in court.
Good luck overcoming that one.

It’s a tough day when your own lawyer doesn’t pass the laugh test on your argument. But, Boehner may have the last laugh when the comedy troupe formerly known as the Supreme Court gets its slimy hands on his pleadings.

Hopefully the Supremes and/or lower courts would refuse to hear the law suit based on Precedence that lawmakers can’t sue outside of the Congress to solve their “problem” with Obama/ACA.

It was rather hilarious, listening last night to a House Rules and Means hearing with a group of lawyers and Constitutional Scholars, each agreeing this, JB’s lawsuit, is about the most ridiculous thing they’d ever seen. Many of them also pointed out the obvious, the People’s House is in utter disarray, it’s leadership obsessed with tearing-down the Affordable Care Act, if not the President himself. Everything and everyone else can simply go to hell.
We got some serious House cleaning to do!

Speaking as a lawyer, I may file an ethics complaint against whomever represents the Republican House. Suspend the attorneys and the case is over.

And POTUS Obama preemptively rebutted these actions by extending Non ACA compliant HC policies: “Consumers Allowed to Keep Health Plans for Two More Years”-Through 2017 by Executive Order MARCH 5, 2014. http://www.nytimes.com/2014/03/06/us/politics/obama-extends-renewal-period-for-noncompliant-insurance-policies.html No employers were injured, only high income earners and billionaires paying +1.5 pennies more in Medicare tax per net income dollar above $200K to extend the longevity of their workers HC solvency.

The reality is that Mr Boehner is just presenting a posture,…he is trying , as much as can to sound good before certain groups,….he knows what certain groups want to hear,..so he does talk and do this and that,…. in order to preserve his platform there in Washington,…is just a posture,…a fake,…a make believe,…another lie from a politician,….most of them are that way ,…they talk what they know what the people want to hear ,…and once in office,…well…once in office, the American public is secondary to them.
