UPDATE: Shock Jock Acts Like His Firing For Racist Rant No Big Deal
When reached by a Daily News reporter at his posh home on Long Island, Cumia — who reportedly earns $3 million a year — acted like getting the ax was no big deal.
“I’m doing fine,” he said at the Roslyn Heights home. “There’s plenty of options in this day and age and that’s all I’m going to say about it.”
Cumia had plenty to say earlier this week on Twitter when he called [a] woman [who allegedly punched him earlier in the week] an “animal b—h” and a “savage.”

One of the things that is wrong with this country is the fact someone with extreme radical views can be paid 3 million dollars a year for sitting in front of a mic. peddling influence, while other people who do actual work are paid barely enough to buy groceries.
What this guy does, his contributions, his productivity, he deserves to live in a box.

I wouldn’t say he deserves to live in a box. I think a run-down trailer down by the river would be more appropriate.

The correct cultural reference would be “in a van down by the river” (Chris Farley)

Yes. He, like actors and sports figures, do nothing to merit the outrageous sums they pull in.

I didn’t say anything about actors and athletes who actually have talent that produces something of value. They actually do work very hard to perfect it. This guy has nothing to offer anyone other than his baseless, pathetic and perverse hatred, which appeals to like minded right wingers.

????????????? Extreme radical views? Bet you don’t even know this guy or his show. Radical as in law abiding?! Monetary compensation is irrelevant. Some of you low information folks out there might be shocked to know how much your idols, your heroes, and your political friends are being paid above and under the table. My life sucks … boo hoo … so now I will be sure to blame it on others who made better decisions or worked harder for their place in society.

Thanks for your input and also in denouncing this man’s blatant racism.

Absolutely radical views, if you would have bothered to read his comments that got him fired, you wouldn’t be so “low informed”…

You sound neither happy nor sane. Hope your life gets better soon. Just keep working at it. Meditation might help. It’s totally free, too.
