Fred Phelps’s Son Describes His Dad’s Abuse

Nate Phelps left his family the day he turned 18. He’s one of 13 children of the late Wesboro Baptist Church founder Fred Phelps and is working on a movie about his and his father’s life.  He describes the abuse he suffered at the hands of his father and why his mother remained silent.
