Samuel “Joe the Plumber” Wurzelbacher told me he has no regrets about saying to the families of Santa Barbara shooting victims, “Your dead kids don’t trump my constitutional rights.” I tired, without success, to convince him that his constitutional rights were not in jeopardy by efforts to legislate sensible gun regulations, and that the founders never envisioned an unfettered access to guns.

Fine, then concerns about a fetus do not trump the Constitutional rights of a woman who decides to have an abortion.

Joe the Plumber is WAY BEYOND stupid for having the gall to say to the parents of children murdered by crazed gunman, “Your dead kids don’t trump my constitutional rights.”
