The Truthiness Of Karl Rove

Karl Rove, the eponymous Turd Blossom of Dubya’s electoral success, has a new theory about Hillary Clinton: she’s brain damaged. And not just from murdering Vince Foster with a travelgate, but to hide whatever it is that he thinks happened in benghazi! Benghazi! BENGHAZI!!!!

The official diagnosis was a blood clot. Rove told the conference near LA Thursday, “Thirty days in the hospital? And when she reappears, she’s wearing glasses that are only for people who have traumatic brain injury? We need to know what’s up with that.”

But because we are dealing with Rove, we need to fact-check everything he says, including “um” and “the”.

And lo! Rove was lying! What a shocking development.

Rove’s claims are false, without evidence, and contrary to medical experts’ opinion. Clinton spent four days, not 30 days, in the hospital after a blood clot was discovered in her brain several days after her fall. Furthermore, according to experts and the State Department, glasses worn by Clinton during her January 2013 testimony on the attacks in Benghazi were a corrective instrument meant to treat “double vision” as a result of her fall — not brain damage.

Lying is what Rove does, he’s a highly trained professional, and this is clearly part of his magic show to misdirect the media to not look at what he is doing with his hands, so to speak. Also: eew, gross. Anyway, Rove tried to sort of walk it back:

“I never used that phrase, I never used that phrase. But look, she had a serious health episode. And I don’t know about you, but if you go through a serious health episode, it causes you to look at life a little bit differently. This was a serious deal,” he said.

America’s Newsroom host Bill Hemmer challenged Rove on his timeline, saying his research showed that Clinton was in the hospital only for three days. Rove conceded the point about her hospital stay, but largely stuck by his month-long timeline. “She goes in on a Sunday, she comes out on a Wednesday. But this is a 30-day period where she’s fighting something.”

Thirty days or four days, what’s a matter of 26 days between friends, amiright?

Between the Republican Congressional Benghazi political anti Hiliary tactic with their fraudulent investigation and Ayn Rand Paul’s disqualifying proclamations of Hilary and now Karl Rove trying to resuscitate his existence after his 2012 meltdown with this early attack on Hilary—– one can only take one thing from all these incidents: Republicans are scared witless and know they don’t stand a chance in heck in 2016.

Remember folks, Karl Rove isn’t really going bald. That’s just a solar panel for an A-hole machine.
