I’ll say this much: Rolling Stones lead guitarist Keith Richards’ kids’ book will cure George Zimmerman’s:

That’s right: Lifelong rock star and one-time notorious party animal Keith Richards is turning his talents towards writing a children’s book.

Richards, 70, inked a deal with Little, Brown Books for Young Readers for a hardcover book with an accompanying CD titled “Gus & Me: The Story of My Granddad and My First Guitar.”

“I have just become a grandfather for the fifth times, so I know what I’m talking about,” Richards told the New York Times in a statement. “The bond, the special bond, between kids and grandparents is unique and should be treasured. This is the story of one of those magical moments. May I be as great a grandfather as Gus was to me.”

The plot of the book will come from his own childhood and his relationship with his jazz musician grandfather Theodore Dupree.
