Could the Sunshine State be next up to legalize weed for those suffering from physical ailments?

Election supervisors have certified 710,508 out of the 683,149 signatures needed to appear on the ballot. The measure is slated to move forward as soon as the state supreme court approves its language.

Attorney General Pam Bondi has challenged its language as “unclear and misleading,” according to the Tribune, and a court decision is expected later this spring.
