Consider it a blessing — we will have a couple more days before the mayhem begins.
If Donnie manages to personally insult at least a dozen people via Twitter in the first 24 hours, he will consider Monday to have been a productive day.

Pretty sure pence and putin will do most of the screwing to our country anyway. rump is like a bush or a reagan, just a face of a hideous monster.

wrong Suz -he is an evil presence and, at the least, gives tacit approval the the real depths of gluttony and misery that is the soul of the american evangelical right – compared to pence, putin is just a fiddler having fun on the roof while watching the show.

No Doubt there will be the usual Group trying to manage Him, like Reagan and the two Bush’s had. But, You can only manage someone who can listen. IF, they want to tell Trump what to do, they will have to send Him a message on Twitter.

Insiders are saying that the only people who can turn him are Ivanka and her hubby Jared. They call it the “Javanka” administration.

Well I have heard don the con called many things, but hard worker was never one of them.

How would he even know what work is? He’s been a corporate dictator his entire life. He has “people” to do all the work.

At His age, being called Hard is Questionable.
Suzanne McFly January 17th, 2017 at 13:12
I would guess there is nothing to question, if you know what I mean….

And first thing Monday morning somebody will deliver a briefing papers file the size of the Manhattan phone book and will explain this is what is under consideration, what pending and what is requiring action. Just hope he says “have a nice day” as he leaves the office

He is known by anyone who has worked with him as a person who doesn’t really work, he just barks orders.

Trump will have President Obama to thank for that luxury, for he has a stable economy handed to him. When Barack Obama got started, he had to clean up the pile of s**t that W left him, and had to get to work right away. I can remember that clearly, even if a lot of right-wing knuckleheads CAN’T!.
amersham1046 January 16th, 2017 at 22:41
first order of business, start building a new pile of s**t
Mike N. January 17th, 2017 at 11:41
He’s already made great headway on that!

Like with Bush, we’re probably better off with Trump on vacation — the more the better.

With SO many Women expected in town over the Weekend, Trump will be Very Busy Grabbing. This is GOOD for US. His hand will be too Stiff and Sore to Sign Anything for several days.

He’ll be spending Saturday watching SNL. It’s a HUGE problem for Muricans.

I remember Boris Epshteyn on MSNBC telling the host that Trump’s parade was much shorter and there were fewer inaugural balls that evening so Trump could get to work on day one. He was mocking those who were inaugurated before as being lazy…wonder what they’re saying now? Trump NEEDS a weekend off to absorb the magnitude of what he’s just signed on for considering he’s clueless about how our government works, how bills are passed and the limits of the Presidency, although regarding the latter, he doesn’t appear to believe there are any limits on his role. He’s mistaken the inauguration for a coronation. How long until he sees the reality of the situation, if ever?

Why should He bother with Reality. Those Super Intelligent Coal Miners Voted for Him.
