    Consider it a blessing — we will have a couple more days before the mayhem begins.

    If Donnie manages to personally insult at least a dozen people via Twitter in the first 24 hours, he will consider Monday to have been a productive day.

    And first thing Monday morning somebody will deliver a briefing papers file the size of the Manhattan phone book and will explain this is what is under consideration, what pending and what is requiring action. Just hope he says “have a nice day” as he leaves the office

    Trump will have President Obama to thank for that luxury, for he has a stable economy handed to him. When Barack Obama got started, he had to clean up the pile of s**t that W left him, and had to get to work right away. I can remember that clearly, even if a lot of right-wing knuckleheads CAN’T!.

    I remember Boris Epshteyn on MSNBC telling the host that Trump’s parade was much shorter and there were fewer inaugural balls that evening so Trump could get to work on day one. He was mocking those who were inaugurated before as being lazy…wonder what they’re saying now? Trump NEEDS a weekend off to absorb the magnitude of what he’s just signed on for considering he’s clueless about how our government works, how bills are passed and the limits of the Presidency, although regarding the latter, he doesn’t appear to believe there are any limits on his role. He’s mistaken the inauguration for a coronation. How long until he sees the reality of the situation, if ever?
