Betting website gives Trump 4-1 odds of being impeached within six months

Maybe it’s wishful thinking.

Per the Houston Press, Irish betting website Paddy Power is now putting 4-1 odds on Trump getting impeached within the first six months of his presidency. Additionally, the website thinks it’s even more likely that Trump will not finish his first term, as it gives him just 7-4 odds of completing four years in the White House…

For what it’s worth, Paddy Power lost a gigantic chunk of money last year after it prematurely paid out money to bettors who picked Hillary Clinton to win the presidency. In total, Trump’s upset victory cost the website $4.5 million, which it said was its “biggest political payout ever.”

    It all hinges on how long Congress thinks the idiot is useful. It might take a year or two for them to ram their agenda thru, then it’s adios muchacho

    Between Trump’s erratic behavior, his business conflicts of interest, and Congress really preferring a President Pence, I sure wouldn’t bet against that.

    His first- and I hope, only- term will be a rerun of Nixon’s second term. Crap will hit the fan in the Spring with Senate hearings on the Russian thing and it goes downhill from there. He will probably do something blatant like when Nixon fired the prosecutor and then will be tossed. I’d say he’s gone sometime in 2018.
