President Obama told this to Steve Kroft on “60 Minutes”.

You didn’t change Washington,” pointed out Steve Kroft in a preview that aired on local CBS stations Friday morning.

“I changed those things that were in my direct control,” Obama argued. “And I mean, look, I’m proud of the fact with two weeks to go, we are probably the first administration in modern history that has not had a major scandal in the White House.”

“In that sense, we changed some things,” he said.

    I have a theory. Orange Bozo is behind the golden shower story to distract from the tons of other scandals.
    I like to keep in perspective.
    Right before the election Hillary Clinton was exonerated for the e-mail scandal, and in June the GOP wrapped up it’s 5 year twenty million dollar fake Benghazi scandal. Both efforts revealed nothing of value, and no culpability.
