A couple things worth noting here,
These people make 175 K a year, that fine is chump change for them.
Reading green eggs and ham should then also be subject to the same fine,
as it is a distraction from the business of the congress.
Exercising their first amendment rights just got expensive for the very people who proclaim they believe in the constitution…
