Conway blames ‘elites’ for her kids not getting into private schools

Posted by | December 28, 2016 20:00 | Filed under: News Behaving Badly Politics

It’s the fault of the Washington “elites” that Kellyanne Conway’s children can’t get into D.C. private schools, says Kellyanne Conway.

Conway divulged her fears to other parents at the Elisabeth Morrow School in Englewood, NJ, on Thursday night, when her twins, George and Claudia, performed a concert with other students. Alicia Keys was also there to hear her goddaughter perform.

Conway, who was Trump’s campaign manager, is moving to DC to be counselor to the president. Her husband, George, happens to be the lawyer who wrote the Supreme Court brief when Paula Jones sued Bill Clinton for sexual harassment.

The mother of four had experienced some good-natured razzing from the left-leaning parents at Elisabeth Morrow.

She can’t get her crack-babies into a private school? wow, the horror…

    • Larry Schmitt December 29th, 2016 at 00:35

There are plenty of private schools in the DC area. She just can’t get them into the exact one she wants, so it has to be someone’s fault.

Well maybe that school has values, like believing in education, science, math, facts, all that kinda stuff.
Home Skul the little darlins, they can follow in your cloven hooved footprints.

Gee, maybe they should pull themselves up by the bootstraps and get better grades!

When it’s not a right winger, it’s always that person’s fault.

When it’s a right winger, it’s always someone else’s fault.

    Personal responsibility? HA!

Too bad Dragon that no one wants your kids going to school with theirs! With a mother like you is it any wonder they dont want their kids around yours? Send them to school with Barron and yiu can stay in Drump Towers with Melania.

Money can’t buy it… Sidwell Friends school in D.C. likely explained $40K for each cash upfront. http://www.sidwell.edu/(X(1)S(2dho5wrxvajnvu3rkblxss45))/admissions/tuition-and-fees/index.aspx

Apple not falling far from tree is the more likely reason.

I bet there’s plenty of Parochial schools in the DC area that would just LOVE to have her brats amongst their student body. What’s the problem, Kel? You sucked up to them when you needed their votes, but their ideology isn’t good enough for YOUR children, is that it?

right! She never misses the chance to insert her devout catholocism and holier than thou morality into interviews. Send the twins to Sister Cuminme and Father Prefersbois

You associate with the hoi polloi, the rabble, the deplorables… You’re not their kind.

not anyone’s kind in DC — but there must be a school full of the neo-Con and teaparty and wing-nut spawn.

In the past 18 months, has this women ever publicly admitted responsibility for anything….well, other than someone else’s accomplishments?

She can tap dance pretty good. Deflection, duck and dodge, circular answers to serious questions.

    • HiloBoy69 January 2nd, 2017 at 22:05

Not in any positive sense, but she’s gloated about landing political hits and insults against enemies real and perceived.

Suck it up ya little snowflake. You and your off spring don’t meet their standards.

the kids might be terrific — evil usually skips a generation (the evil genes are strongly dominant though in Trump – Fred, Don, Donny —- they should just be culled). the kids will get a better educational/social experience going public and might look back on this as positive reinforcement of their own detest of KellyAnne.

They should be ready for Trump U.

Get a life you wannabee elitist and try public schools, you know, the same places most of your sick bosse’s voters came from or are you too good for them now.

    • fahvel December 29th, 2016 at 12:32

I doubt most who voted for rumpy ever finished public school.

    • ohpaleasegivemeabreak December 29th, 2016 at 12:40

The plan has been exposed – they intend to destroy every single public school in favor of for profit charter schools where the performance records of the kids is lower than those of public school students.

Republicans plan to create the stupidest bunch of Barstool Palin wannabes ever imagined so they can keep them stupid enough to vote for republicans.

  14. fahvel December 29th, 2016 at 12:31

    clumsy article as presented.

  15. Bunya December 29th, 2016 at 13:35

The poor dear. Now she’ll be forced to send her children to school with (gasp!) undesirables. You know, with those who aren’t lily white.

  16. labman57 December 29th, 2016 at 18:59

That’s the thing about private schools, Kellyanne. They’re allowed to discriminate on the basis of their “high standards”.

Trump recruited a private school proponent as his Secretary of Education, so let’s just call it “karma” and move on.

    • HiloBoy69 January 2nd, 2017 at 21:59

It’s not discrimination, it is selection. She should know all about eugenics spending so much time with Bannon and his nazi crew.

  17. misterme December 30th, 2016 at 11:26

Maybe her kids are just plain stupid.
