and yet….here we set…I don’t think we have enough Democrats in Congress to block much of anything….regardless of vote totals…

So 71,258,885 votes cast out of 350 (ish) million people…How pathetic.
Almost 2.5 million more and still counting.
And still, they claim “a mandate” ?
Attention congressional Democrats, just shut it down.
You have my permission.
Rant over.

As the minority party in both houses, how do you propose the Democrats in Congress “shut it down?”

hmm every time I check the vote results it still says the same – Trump 306, Clinton 232.

I see what the problem is. You misunderstand what the difference is between the electorate and the Electoral College. It’s more than just a couple’a letters. For instance, one difference is more than 200 million Americans. But that’s OK, ignorance is correctable. Trolling is to the bone.

Well which vote total will end up deciding who is the next president?

Scroll up and check – the subject under discussion was the popular vote. You did yer ciphering and figgering, and came up with a total of 538 popular votes. And I quote: hmm every time I check the vote results it still says the same – Trump 306, Clinton 232.”
Your math is only wrong by about 99.99956 (it’s actually worse, I rounded up to 550 votes to simplify the math.)
Likely conclusions:
1. You don’t understand anything
2. You aren’t a complete idiot, but are ignorant of the difference
3. “Numbers is HAAAAAAaaard!”
4. It’s a non-sequitur and you’re a troll.
