Letter to mosque: Trump is ‘going to do to you Muslims what Hitler did to the Jew’

Police are investigating a letter sent to a San Jose, California mosque.

The letter arrived at the mosque on Wednesday and was addressed to “The Children of Satan,” saying, “You Muslims are vile and evil people …. and your day of reckoning has arrived,” reports ABC7.

Referring to President-elect Donald Trump, the letter continued, “He’s going to cleanse America and make it shine again. And he’s going to start with you Muslims. He’s going to do you Muslims what Hitler did to the Jews,” before concluding, “This is a great time for Patriotic Americans. Long live President Trump and God less the USA.’

The letter was signed, “Americans for a Better Way.”

      It won’t last that long. The delusions the trumpites hold will be shattered pretty quick, next year. Reality hasn’t set in yet because the orange one isn’t president yet. By next summer there are going to be a lot of frustrated trumpites. How they express that frustration is what we need to be on the lookout for. Hate flares up quickly but also burns itself out quickly. This time next year we will be in an entirely new set of circumstances, thinking back as to how crazy things were then.

        I hope you are right….unless we have martial law declared….I wouldn’t put anything past Trump or his advisors…

          Martial law doesn’t work in a technologically advanced society. All it will do is collapse the whole house of cards. Our current system is highly dependent on the people cooperating. Martial law destroys that. The military would turn on the leaders that brought it about and we would see new elections and reforms being enacted immediately as we sought to rebuild and fix things. I don’t think that is a scenario that will happen. I think someone would stop that before it got that far.

    if they can get the 1st amendment to the constitution to read -“except Muslims” – then sure, why not?

    uh, might want to read up on what it takes to ratify an amendment. would be better to disarm comey’s white racist terrorist that FAILED to overthrow the republic the republicans decided to betray in 2016 first, and get them off the streets if you want to expedite the process.

    This is not as ignorant as it might look. Lots of capitalization errors, but the apostrophes are all in the right places.

    And the look of the writing has me thinking that a woman penned this letter.
