Federal judge at citizenship ceremony: If you don’t like Trump, leave
Here’s a judge who doesn’t understand how America works.
Click here for reuse options!“I can assure you that whether you voted for him or you did not vote for him, if you are a citizen of the United States, he is your president,” Judge John Primomo said Thursday, according to KHOU 11 News.“He will be your president and if you do not like that, you need to go to another country.”
At the ceremony in San Antonio, the judge condemned Americans who have protested by holding signs that read “Not my president” in the days since Trump won the election.

If Americans are no longer allowed to question authority, then it is time for revolution.
Suzanne McFly November 19th, 2016 at 19:10
I am with you Mark, but we can beat them using laws and knowledge. I refuse to pick up a gun unless it is in self-defense.
amersham1046 November 19th, 2016 at 20:05
select a Republican neighbor (Tea bagger wold be better) and introduce them to a full frontal banana creme pie
Suzanne McFly November 19th, 2016 at 20:42
Now that I can do.
whatthe46 November 19th, 2016 at 20:55
forget a gun Suzanne, you won’t need it. pick up a book and hold it up to them like the cross and those bitches would scream, run and hide.
Suzanne McFly November 19th, 2016 at 21:06
Yeah, that sounds about right. lol
mea_mark November 20th, 2016 at 08:29
Revolutions don’t necessarily require guns. What revolutions do require is for the people to not cooperate with the force they are revolting from. Governments derive their power from the people cooperating with it. When all cooperation ceases the house of cards that the government has built collapses. It is a simple truth that governments don’t really want you to know.

Where the hell did all these nuts come from? Did rump bring these feces to the surface?

It seems that way.
robert November 19th, 2016 at 19:09

2017 federal edict to all elementary school children — recite after me:
“I pledge allegiance … to President Trump …”
amersham1046 November 19th, 2016 at 20:01
and for the dollars for which he stands
Red Mann November 20th, 2016 at 01:53
“I swear by God this sacred oath that I shall render unconditional obedience to Donald Trump, the Führer of the American Reich, supreme commander of the armed forces, and that I shall at all times be prepared, as a brave soldier, to give my life for this oath.”
KABoink_after_wingnut_hacker November 19th, 2016 at 20:37
We’ll have decades more of this to come.
Thank you white supremacists, bigots, Susan Sarandon and the gullible alt left.
mea_mark November 20th, 2016 at 08:15
I thank the arrogant condescending democrats that say they don’t need people like me on the left, but then whine when they lose because we didn’t vote for their queen.
whatthe46 November 19th, 2016 at 20:52
oh the words at my finger tips this time would surely get me into trouble.

Liberals have hordes of activist judges that disregard the law and raise themselves above it; and liberals just turn a blind eye or cheer them on. A judge actually says something legal in that by law if you are a US citizen than Trump is your president; and if he’s not your president than you have to remove your citizenship. Liberals by majority are the most hypocritical group that exists in America.
arc99 November 19th, 2016 at 22:00
funny how right wingers whining about activist judges never cite a specific case and include the language in the Constitution they believe has been violated.
your post is BS of the highest order.
Donald Trump was elected President of the United States. Whether or not he is “my” President is up to no one but me.
Right wingers by majority are not only hypocrites, but clueless on the Constitution.

i posted a comment but it’s missing.

You just demonstrated my point. If you are a US citizen, Trump is your next president. Your vote was up to you; not the result. If he is not your president than it’s impossible for you to be a US citizen. But if you’re a progressive, you illogically give yourself liberty to pick and choose what laws you want to follow or violate, and then speak it as a specific and technical lie; but call it the truth.
At least Alan has admitted on air that he has “Trump derangement syndrome”, making it very hard to be objective; just as he has encountered callers with “Hillary derangement syndrome”. Now you can deflect and respond with some joke about how I have some derangement syndrome, or you can be honest. Trump is your next president. You may not like it; and that falls under your free will and sovereignty; but he is your next president.
whatthe46 November 19th, 2016 at 23:53
tRump is a bigot a racist a pathological liar a fraud a rapist among others and the votes clearly indicate that we as a people DID NOT vote tRump into presidency therefore, he IS NOT my president. and this “judge” has NO right to tell me otherwise.
XCON November 20th, 2016 at 00:22
My dear sir, it’s not a judge telling you, it’s the rule and policy of this nation; and you have no position as it is self nullifying. Trump is your next president. You have no argument; just emotional opinion; but it doesn’t match reality.
Now if you want to constructively think about altering the electoral distribution that can be a valid approach. I personally think allotting the electoral votes differently could be very positive, while leaving the senate in tact. As we are a Republic and not a democracy, the multiple negative and un-American reasons for a strict popular vote were given when the EC was established.
I’m well aware of the progressive desire to get rid of the EC. This gets them closer to the next step which is a centralized government with the eventual elimination of the states and their sovereignty. Right now they’re having to settle for strategically moving the over abundant blue folks to red zones to turn them purple to blue.
whatthe46 November 20th, 2016 at 00:42
Russia’s involvement made it my argument. battleground states that suppressed voters rights, made it my argument. battleground states closing down voting sites and DMV sites, made it my argument. tRump was NOT elected by the people period. therefore, he is NOT my president. you racist asses decided that if he lost, you’d commit to murder, now that he has been given the title of “president elect” you and your racist ilk have committed even more murders, vandalized churches, property and terrorism. he’s NOT my president. so, where will you send the 64 + million voters who don’t like the POS? you tweekers didn’t give a damn about respecting President Obama from day one, now you wanna cry. ROTFLMFAO!
Red Mann November 20th, 2016 at 01:56
Yes. I can argue about it. He is lining up to subvert the entire democratic process. He is scum and is bringing the worst of the worst to the fore. I do not own allegiance to the President and I don’t accept the Pledge of Allegiance either. When I joined the military I took an oath to protect and defend the Constitution and to follow lawful orders. Trump’s election was devious, based on egregious lies and voter suppression. He may hold the office, which he is woefully unfit for and will sully, but I will never respect him nor feel any need to accept him as President.
Now this is a bit over the top.
XCON November 20th, 2016 at 04:29
Hi Red Mann. Thanks for your service. I too am a veteran, and can relate to similar feelings towards the particular president during my time in. I only saw him as a disgraceful, disgusting human being incapable of commanding anything. However, the law and authority over me cared nothing about my feelings, and I had to come to terms with it; though my feelings didn’t really change.
Now, I know the second part about centralized government sounds pretty foreign to the average liberal. Progressives tried to gain traction and credibility with this concept by wrongly using some of Alexander Hamilton’s writings. One of the main people that influenced progressives profoundly was Edward Bellamy around 1888 with his Utopian writings. This really inspired William James. One of the core progressive goals was to change American thought; specifically peoples inclination towards sovereignty. Then there was Charlotte Perkins. She was very similar except she was heavily into socialism and had many socialist connections. There were no way the plans could work with the current government structure or the citizens worldview; but lessons from history would soon be adopted to begin inroads.
[As a side note one positive thing Charlotte did was influence greater rights for women so that is to be commended. She did not stop there though as to maintain balance, but really influenced the rise of feminism; which in later years turned into radical feminism. There are four current major Democrats that are a direct product of this.]
Obviously, one of the three major targets was education. If one can influence the children, there’s really no need for the adults. They found just the man in John Dewey; who was in a profound position of influence over American education.
There is way too much for this space. Need at least 45 pages to trace in detail the concept and to list the major players from the beginnings to Woodrow to now. I doubt most liberals know how extreme the progressive agenda is, and the youngest generation may not even care. Even marijuana is not about helping medicinally. Medical science can now extract the beneficial properties and administer it in pill form without getting the patient high; progressives would never want this. The gender identity is the same as well; they want people confused. They want people to be so ignorant that they can’t even figure out what sex they are. It may be too early, but they will also start propaganda about nationalism/patriotism. They will push as hard as they can to equate this with racism; the white male specifically will be the scapegoat they use. This will confuse people and further divide with the goal of making Americans less patriotic.

there you go again with a dialogue of nothingness! you claim to be a vet, yet you support a POS that gives not a damn about vets. you claim to be a vet, yet, you have no IDEA a true vet believes. they fought for the freedom of others and you are ok with suppression of others that these men died for. again, GFYS side ways!
Red Mann November 20th, 2016 at 13:56
Sorry but this sounds much like a conspiracy theory conflating naive utopian theories of the past with today’s drive to extend true equality to the maximum possible. Who are the mysterious “they”, be specific, show credible sources. This sounds much like a Glenn Beck rant to me.
oldfart November 20th, 2016 at 09:05
“you illogically give yourself liberty to pick and choose what laws you want to follow or violate,”
What rock have you been under for the last seven years ?
You have just described the very thing that the republican party has been doing for those seven years.
What a shock it must be to your system to see people reacting in a similar manner WITHOUT threatening armed insurrection.
