JUDGE NAPOLITANO: Yes.
COLMES: Have you previously called for his resignation?
JUDGE NAPOLITANO: I have not but I can’t imagine he would still be the Director of the FBI come February of 2017. I can’t imagine Mrs. Clinton or Donald Trump keeping him.

Why give him the option of resigning? He should be fired and then jailed.
