“Heavy loses of life and equipment” is how they are stating it.

Hours after Iraqi Prime Minister Haider al-Abadi announced the beginning of the offensive, Iraq’s military said it had inflicted losses and made advances in the Hamdaniya district.

Announcing the offensive in a televised statement early Monday morning, al-Abadi said “the victory bell has rung” in the massive mission to retake the key city, Iraq’s second largest, and free more than 1 million residents from the “brutality and terrorism of ISIS.”

      And they will remain so. Just like they never talk about all the ISIS leaders eliminated or terror plots disrupted. It doesn’t fit their “America is weak and ISIS will conquer the US” theme.

        They never hear about that stuff cause they are ensconced inside a impermeable buddle of alternative reality..

      Waiting for Trump to say that Obama has rigged the war and stolen his double/triple secret plan to defeat ISIL and ruin his bid to be president…

      Any thing short of dropping a nuke on them will always “weak” in the eyes of the Republicans…(and even that would be a bad ideal)

    The question in the mid east is “Whats next”.

    And that will always be the question in the mid east.

    There are so many factions, that of course have “god on their side” that there will never be peace over there. Their lives are based on revenge.

    The good news for the young trump voters is that when trump re institutes the national military draft they will be sent over there to “bomb the $hit out of them.

    And we all know how well that works.

    If I may add a helpful little reminder to the Iraqi forces…
    when you are done blowing the sh*t out of isis, this time,
    try not to leave all the stuff that goes bang and boom lying around…
    just sayin.

        I will post it every chance I get. It is good to know the facts.

        The problems in mid east is so complicated.

        It seem like you can’t fix the ISIS problem unless you fix all the problems of the mid east. And that is impossible.
