    Just random thoughts over the last few days. I look at our incredible FLOTUS, Michelle Obama, with her grace, poise, humor, informed on all issues and so able to speak intelligently to all of them. Then comes the FLOTUS wannabe Melanoma, sitting there making excuses for her little boy husband (both at 60 and 70 years old) and how easily egged on and led he was by another little boy on a bus. This explanation somehow to be an assurance that he is fit and capable to run this country. Could the difference be any more stark? I can never imagine a day when Michelle Obama would have to make excuses about our President Obama that include “he was egged on.” I am really going to miss having the Obama’s in the Whitehouse. They are standard bearers of how it should be done.

    I watched MSNBC during the debate, and for the commentary afterwards. I must admit that Brian Williams is growing on me. He had a great line last night, cracked me right up, but he just said it and moved right on. Paraphrasing, he mentioned that
    “What we saw here tonight was the Full Employment Act of Alec Baldwin of 2017.” Hahahaha. What a great way to describe the spectacle that was Trump. :-)

      Yeah, I’ve noticed his co-anchors and pundits seem to appreciate his experience and presence. We all take hard falls ……………good for Brian , he got back up.
