I still can’t find another source… I don’t think of TMZ as a parody site, but it certainly isn’t exactly known as an unimpeachable source. I CAN find mention of his death in a car accident in 2013, 2015, and July of this year. He appears to die a LOT.
Maybe THAT is why he is so good at his job?
