‘Trump U’ graduate Al Franken addresses convention

He’s funny enough, he’s snarky enough, and doggone it, he makes the Cheeto-colored GOP presidential candidate look like a buffoon! Minnesota Senator Al Franken gave one of the funniest convention speeches ever:

Franken immediately went on the attack on Trump, mockingly saying he himself was a graduate — and was “bilked” by — Trump’s scandal-plagued Trump University.

“I got my doctorate in megalomania studies from Trump University,” Franken said as he lambasted Trump putting him in the company of radio host Rush Limbaugh and Bill O’Reilly of Fox News.

“The pride of Trump University, of course, is its library, located on a shelf in a closet on the third floor of Trump Tower,” he continued. “Sure he scammed a lot of people, but did you know that Trump University’s School For Ripping People Off is ranked second in the nation — right behind Bernie Madoff University. That is no mean feat.”

Turning back on the candidate himself, Franken stated that, should anyone believe Trump’s questionable success a businessman qualifies him to be president,”I’ve got some delicious Trump steaks to sell you.”
