Planned Parenthood checked off another victory — at least temporarily — Tuesday when an appeals court told Utah that it must continue to fund the state branch of the organization.       Ah but GOPsters don’t see it as a waste if it’s Other Peoples’ Money. OPM is free in their minds. Now if they had to actually PAY for these lawsuits and injunctions out of their OWN money… well something tells me the courts would be a lot less busy with frivolous ideological bullshit.
