Anti-gay religious right leader: Trump ‘coachable’ on LGBT issues

What this means is Tim Wildmon of the anti-gay American Family Association believes he can get Donald Trump on his side.

Wildmon said that while Trump didn’t seem to “understand” the dangers to religious freedom posed by “the LGBT movement,” he was confident that he would be “coachable” on the issue.

“He is now surrounded by men that our audience would trust, okay, as godly people,” Wildmon said. “And he is being counseled and advised on a lot of these issues which he’s had a steep learning curve on because he has basically lived in a New York secular world his whole life and he’s having to come to know who we are, but he wants to be — I genuinely say this — he wants to be our friend. He wants to understand us.”

“He wants to understand us”. These people are crooks as it is, I am glad they aren’t the brightest bulbs in the bunch.

Wait…he has to be coached? I thought God would tell him directly what to do like you folks claim he does with you, Timmy.

The Two Corinthians will tell him what to do.

He’s a crook, they’re crooks, of course he understands them.

If he thinks there are enough votes, he will be “coachable.”

He hasn’t been listening. Don-the-Con doesn’t take coaching from anyone.

The one thing LGBGT could teach us all would be how to win civil rights inside the time of a generation..

Self-delusion backed by hunger for power.

“The danger to religious freedom.” I know, isn’t it awful how you are no longer able to stone gay people, burn and torch their homes, and smite them as the Bible instructs you to do? Things have just gone to hell in a handbasket when Christians can’t express their love of Jesus with visible hatred, and government sanctioned inequality. Yes, snark. :-)

Let’s start a betting pool on how long until this guy is outed on Grinder.

Coachable? No, I think the word you’re looking for is Pliable, as in…for the right amount of money, he’ll say whatever you want him to say.

“coachable” is what the boys club called it back in the 50s.

“…he wants to be our friend. He wants to understand us.”
Yeah, no. He doesn’t want to be your friend. He does, however, want to be friends with your money. I recommend you send all your money today! Don’t waste any time because his friendship lasts only as long as the money runs out, or he finds a more generous sugar daddy.
