Evangelicals plan Trump meeting to test his values
Evangelicals will give Donald Trump a chance to stand before them and lie about how much he loves the Bible and Christianity.

A broader steering group of about 20 people includes people like American Values president Gary Bauer, Focus on the Family founder James Dobson, and Family Leader president Bob Vander Plaats.
“We are looking for a way forward,” Perkins says. “The main thing here is this is to have a conversation.” He described the planned meeting as “a starting point for many.” The Trump campaign has not publicly confirmed that the meeting will take place.

Why do they need a meeting?
Just put this in an email and send it out to the invitees.
I hate gays
I hate Muslims
I hate Obama
I hate liberals
I love guns
It is all they want to hear. The added benefit is that later, when Trump contradicts himself on any of the above, he can blame a staffer for the inaccurate email.

All the evangelical leaders can come out of the meeting and proclaim to the sheep ” the thrice married casino mogul is one of us” . Then they can go to an all you can eat shrimp dinner farmed by slave labor and talk about their latest gun purchases. Praise the Lord!

“Evangelicals will give Donald Trump a chance to stand before them and lie about how much he loves the Bible and Christianity.” That says it all, doesn’t it? Problem is, they’ll betray their “sincerely held religious beliefs’ and believe his lies for reasons arc99 lists below.
