Patient who ‘died’ says there’s nothing after death

No bright white light, no God, no nothing.

Both times I was just ‘not there’. It was just all black. I would describe it as when you take a nap. A short nap with no dream, you wake up and it feels like you’ve been sleeping a long time, when in reality it’s only been about 15 minutes.

I’ve always believed being dead would give me all the same experiences I had in 1600’s.
    In other words ……nothing.

Many have known that for some time. The nonsense about a life after death is just an extension of the fear of death. It eases the dread a bit.
The religious dogma of ‘judgement day’ and all the dead being called up, leaves you dead until……

        Exactly~!

I have no fear of death. What I have is a much better understanding of reality than you naysayers. It has zero to do with religious nonsense and everything to do with understanding the physics of reality and the possible origin of the universe. It’s also a realization that reality had no origin. Reality is basically eternal energy interacting with itself, perhaps in ways far to complex for us to comprehend. Some energy formations are temporary, but the energy responsible for universes and perhaps other formations that may never be witnessed by us is eternal.

The conservation of energy law tells us energy cannot be created or destroyed. That means energy simply interacts with itself and never gains or loses value, no matter how or how much it interacts with itself.

      Bingo~!

Nothing you remember, that is. Our memories apparently don’t go along for the ride our essential energy takes when we die. Even if our essential energy doesn’t remain intact (as would a soul), but instead disperses within reality, it would have been dispersed energy before we “popped” into existence on this planet. Our essential energy is as eternal as the reality from which the universe and our lives sprang. That’s why I strongly believe this won’t be my only existence in all eternity, even though I wonder whether an intelligent force or a purely mechanical reality is responsible for what we’re witnessing. We got here somehow and that “somehow” will always be in existence.

Sounds like he was only mostly dead and not all dead, nobody comes back from all dead

There IS life after death. We are currently alive. Proven. What energetic force caused or allowed it? We have theories based on circumstantial evidence, but no solid clues. What energetic force devoid of intelligence can prevent us from springing to life somewhere, sometime in the future in much the same manner, but not necessarily within this universe? For what little we know, an intelligent force could be at work with a plan for the essential energy that has allowed us to experience our slice of reality. If reality is completely mechanical, there is no force keeping tabs on our existences and limiting us to just one existence in all eternity.

We must realize that reality is eternal. Something had to have always been in existence in order for anything to exist. It’s as simple as that. It is also what is known by physicists as the conservation of energy law. Once you comprehend just how timeless eternity is, it is not difficult to realize that this one life is NOT all we’ll ever experience. Our universe may be cyclical, but the reality from which it sprang – the reality from which WE sprang – is eternal.

the we youare referring to are no more or less important than any other molecule in the universe. It’s the we who are defining themselves – ludicrous – have a conversation with the great energy and it won’t even know you are there. It’s all blsht – eat, live and be merry in your nano second – there aint no more.

He never truly died, for one thing. When he does, he won’t be able to come back to life in THAT body.

  5. Nhlanhla April 2nd, 2016 at 01:47

Yes, there is life after death. IMO, when death occurs, the spirit separates from the body. That human spirit may after a while enter another body, regardless of the race. The rebirth is what ensures your memory is wiped clean to begin a new life. Human beings are recycled beings. Sorry to burst your bubble -;). That’s why I wouldn’t prefer eternity. I would prefer complete death upon my physical death to avoid being recycled. In that way, I’ll rest in peace.

Lots of things happen after you die, you are just no a part of any of it.

Literally tens of millions of people have experienced the phenomenom of the NDE (near death experience). No two NDE’s are exactly alike. But almost ALL report that there definitely IS another world after this one. Are all those tens of millions of people lying. I don’t think so. Some people are gifted with an NDE. Most of us however, just have to struggle through life, believing by faith only.

    • Dwendt44 April 2nd, 2016 at 15:15

NDE and out of body experiences all have a physical and chemical cause. Nothing magical or spiritual involved.
There have been cases of OBE while having a tooth pulled.

There are even people and places who claim to teach you how to have OBEs.

    • bpollen April 2nd, 2016 at 18:05

For Ozzy, I doubt he could distinguish it from a blackout. He’s familiar with those.

      • robert April 2nd, 2016 at 18:13

confirmed dead upon arrival according to articles ive read

        • bpollen April 2nd, 2016 at 18:14

I don’t doubt that. I’m saying that from Ozzy’s point of view, it coulda just been another in a long line of blackouts.

OK, I had a few things to say but I see you all have taken care of it already. So… good job! As you were…
