Dukakis: Hillary email scandal ‘a crock’

Michael Dukakis told me Tuesday night that there is nothing to the Hillary email “scandal” and that the whole thing is “a crock.”

He also said  that Donald Trump’s rise is the result of the Republican Party becoming “narrower and narrower” and is “bringing it upon themselves.”

On Donald Trump, the 1998 Democratic nominee said, ‘[Joe] McCarthy make [him] look like a minor leaguer.”

    I’m starting to think that the original e-mail scandal was nothing, but that in looking through all the e-mails to clear her, they may have found evidence to something unrelated. I just hope it is resolved soon one way or the other. Clear her and be done with it or come out and say what you found so we can all move on.

        There could be people in the FBI that don’t like Hillary but I think they would have to be awfully careful about not showing their partisanship. Careers can get ruined. I don’t who or how many would want to take that chance.

          I think the pressure is from the R party, not individual agents. I’d be willing to bet most of the agents assigned to this investigations would rather be doing something meaningful instead.

          I agree, there are many people in Law-enforcement that want total control over the people. The Right Wing is also into this type of Power. So, it is only natural for some agents to be against the Democrats and Pro Republican. A Strong, Controlling, Government was the Basis for the Federalist Party of John Adams and has been a continued goal of all Right Side Political parties ever since.

          If Hillary wins, this will go on until the R’s lose the house…If I’ve learned anything about R’s, it is their willingness to cut off their noses to spite their faces.

            What I’ve learned from republicans and their appetite for investigations and inquiries is,
            it’s remarkably similar to checking spaghetti for doneness,
            throw it on a wall and see if it sticks.

    Remember the persecution of Mr. Clinton, years of investigation, tens upon tens of millions spent, culminating in impeachment for lying about a bl$#$%b. Same thing here, lots of nothing. But nobody says anything about republicans e-mails.
