Rep. Gohmert accuses Obama of ‘hate crimes against Christians

Louie Gohmert spoke on the Tony Perkins’ radio show.

Gohmert said that instead of focusing on America’s enemies, “they just choose to spend a great deal of their time going after Christians.”

“We’ve never had a religion permit the kinds of hate crimes that this administration is in going after them and bullying them,” he added, claiming that the administration’s “bullying” is “the worst in our history.”

After alleging that the ACA has “been used as a government tool to go after Christians and those whose religious beliefs are different from the president’s,” Gohmert went on to make the baseless claim that the White House tried to cut off aid to Ethiopia, Kenya and Nigeria until they legalized same-sex marriage: “This administration hasn’t confined their bullying just to this country.”

      This is a fringe, very rare ritual among Christians. Please don’t generalize it to all Christians. I’ve never seen it, personally.

      BTW, Some Shiites do this as well. I’ve seen that personally.

    I’ve had the somewhat unusual experience of having lived with fundamentalist Christians, Muslims and Hindus.

    All three groups have a deeply ingrained persecution complex.

    I’m convinced that they use their persecution complex to justify their persecution of others.

    Louis Gohmert is a hate crime. He’s upset but not why what he’s told the media: he’s upset that Christians are not given special dispensation and privilege as he thinks they should. I suspect his congressional district is so gerrymandered that the nation will be forced to suffer this kind of garbage from him for years to come.
